05/16/2008 Staftrack, Inc Has Moved to a New
Location
As of Friday May 16, 2008 Staftrack, Inc has moved to a
new physical location. Our phone numbers, fax numbers, and IP addresses are all the
same. We also have kept our mailing address located at P.O. Box 1133 Largo, FL
33779. Our new physical address is located at 14081 Yacht Club Blvd. Seminole, FL
33776. Please make the necessary changes.
05/06/2008 Software Update
For the next few weeks the we will be testing the new Instant
Mvr System for online customers nightly from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This should not
interfere with normal operations but if you experience difficulties transmitting
during these times please call to verify transmission.
07/01/2008 MVR State Fee Dropped
The state of Missouri has dropped their State fee
from $7.00 down to $1.25 due to issues in the
state legislature over system upgrades. See below.
Florida State Criminal Records (FDLE) Increase
Effective 07/01/2008 FDLE Criminal Reports will
increase from $30.00 to $31.00.
Paperwork update
An additional agreement is now required to
request MVRs from Maryland.
Contact Staftrack Data Center for details. The agreement will be published
on this web site later this month.

*** Delay Notices 05/06/2008
The State of Washington, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Alaska are now requested manually. The turnaround is taking longer than usual because of the mail.
The states of Washington and
Pennsylvania have new state required release forms to be used. We are in the process
of getting these forms updated on our website. If you would like a copy of these
forms sent to you contact Michelle Talbert at
800-275-2966 Ext. 227.
The requirements for requesting District of Columbia driving records has changed. We now must send in a legible copy of the drivers license with the request as well as a signed generic release form.
The state of Missouri is in the process of updating the systems they use. In order to do this regular processing for driving records has changed. Missouri will be making changes to their system through September 2008. The report turnaround will be change from an instant report to a delayed report.
